Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
Overview
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Partial Refunds
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or records
- Damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at contact@zantrayessential.com for exchange requests.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
